The Games Emporium strives to bring you the newest and best products available. We all know however how hard it is to get our hands on those limited edition drops. For peace of mind for our customers, we offer Pre-orders on selected products.
These Pre-orders allow you to secure* your product early before anyone else. Once the stock arrives it will be packed and shipped to you directly. We offer this premium service so you, the customer, will benefit.
While we attempt to ensure fulfilment of all pre-orders, sometimes stock of new products is limited and we are unable to guarantee fulfilment. If this occurs, we will refund the purchase of the unavailable product.
The below policy outlines the terms and conditions for making Pre-orders with The Games Emporium.
Product ETAs
We endeavour to provide accurate release dates for Pre-order products we display on our website.
Occasionally these products can be delayed due to circumstances outside of The Games Emporium’s control. We display what the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for each pre-order product is on the product page. These ETAs can change at any time.
In the event of a major delay (Greater than 1 month) in the arrival of a pre-order product we will endeavour to notify customers with outstanding orders.
Shipping of Pre-orders
Due to Distributor/Manufacturer restrictions we are unable to ship any pre-order items until the day of release. To ensure that you receive you pre-order as soon as possible we endeavour to have all pre-orders packed and ready to ship in the days leading up to release.
Orders made containing Pre-Order products
You have the option of ordering your pre-order products along with everyday stocked items, however we will hold the entire order until the pre-order items arrive and can be shipped with the rest of your order.
Feel free to contact us or email info@thegamesemporium.com.au to request splitting your order into two shipments. Please note that this will incur an extra shipping fee for each applicable shipment.
Orders made containing multiple Pre-order products
You have the option of ordering your pre-order products along with other products available for pre-order, however we will hold the entire order until all the pre-order items arrive and can be shipped all together.
Feel free to contact us or email info@thegamesemporium.com.au to request splitting your order into separate shipments if you’d like to have these items shipped on their release dates. Please note that doing this will incur an extra shipping fee for each applicable shipment.
Cancelling Pre-Orders
If you’d like to cancel your Pre-order on an item, then please contact us or email info@thegamesemporium.com.au as soon as possible.
As stated in our Refund policy, we will be unable to offer a refund on Pre-orders if the cancellation request is made within 3 days of the release date.
Cancellations of any Pre-Order items may incur a processing fee of 3.5%, to a maximum of $20.
