We strive to bring you the newest and best products available. We all know how hard it is to get our hands on those limited edition drops. For peace of mind, we offer Pre-orders on selected products. These Pre-orders allow you to secure your product early before anyone else.

Once the stock arrives it will be packed and shipped to you directly. We offer this premium service so you, the customer, will benefit. The below policy outlines the terms and conditions for Pre-orders with us.

Product ETA's - We endeavour to provide accurate release dates for Pre-order products we display on our website. Occasionally these products can be delayed due to circumstances outside of The Games Emporium’s control. These ETA's can change at any time. In the event of a major delay (Greater than 1 month) of the arrival of a pre-order product we will endeavour to notify customers with outstanding orders.

Orders made containing Pre-Order products - You have the option of ordering your pre-order products along with everyday stocked items, however we will hold the entire order until the pre-order items arrive and can be shipped. Feel free to contact us or email info@thegamesemporium.com.au to request splitting your order into two shipments. Please note that this will incur an extra shipping fee for each applicable shipment.

Orders made containing multiple Pre-order products - You have the option of ordering your pre-order products along with other products available for pre-order, however we will hold the entire order until all the pre-order items arrive. Feel free to contact us or email info@thegamesemporium.com.au to request splitting your order into separate shipments if you’d like to have these items shipped on their release dates. Please note that doing this will incur an extra shipping fee for each applicable shipment.

Cancelling Pre-Orders - If you’d like to cancel your Pre-order on an item, then please contact us or email info@thegamesemporium.com.au as soon as possible. As stated in our Refund policy, we will be unable to offer a refund on Pre-orders if the cancellation request is made within 3 days of the release date.
